Death
[edit]Where's the source that he says he died on the 1st?-Kiwipat (talk) 20:57, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
- Interesting - according this source "The exact cause of death is not yet known but Sachs, who lived alone, apparently died on February 1 and was only found earlier today (5th)" - I wonder how they know it was the 1st, and not any other time up to the 5th?-Kiwipat (talk) 21:28, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
- People I know who were friends with him say he died unexpectedly last night (the night of the fourth). Hearsay, I admit, but just as reliable as the above anonymous statement.Karinagw (talk) 21:49, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
- The Star Trek site cited as a source states the first, not the fourth or fifth. The BBC article does not specify a date of death, and neither does his official website. Without a source specifying the fifth, it is the fifth that is hearsay, not the first. 67.162.236.230 (talk) 14:11, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

- The only thing certain is that his death was announced on his official website on the 5th. Everything else is uncertain, and is yet to be officially or even satisfactually confirmed. Even the cited Star Trek site says "reportedly passed away on Feb. 1".–Kiwipat (talk) 17:19, 6 February 2013 (UTC)
There were two initial reports of his death, one by his ex-wife with no details apart from he passed away suddenly, one from Patti Connors on twitter that basically said he had been found that night having died 4 days ago. Said tweet from Patti Connors has now disappeared, it's likely that those details are not being made public since it adds further sadness to an already sad event.81.149.96.234 (talk) 14:11, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- We need some much better sources here. Toddst1 (talk) 12:13, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
Also, where did the page on February 2013 deaths get that he had a heart attack? So far as I know his cause of death was never disclosed, and I checked. The citation they're using says nothing about cause either.-Trialia 13:27, 7 June 2020 (UTC+1) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.81.132.146 (talk)
Credits
[edit]Why is he credited for Mass Effect 2? He was only part of the Zaeed DLC, possibly contributing to subsequent ones, but never part of the original retail game. If it is intended to be all-encompassing, doesn't including Mass Effect 3: Citadel become redundant? Marshalljc (talk) 20:09, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Zaeed came with the retail Mass Effect 2 by default in the "Cerberus Network" if it was a new copy. The DLC however was only unavailable for pre-owned retail copies, where the Cerberus Network had to be purchased online separately depending on video game platform.[1]. It's a bit iffy because although the video game character was included in a DLC, originally, or normally, he was included alongside the retail version of the game. Personally I think making the distinction would be a bit of an over-kil, but it could be included in an end-note if anyone is so inclined78.150.207.4 (talk) 15:43, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
